Description:
Medium sized deciduous tree. Bark variable, smooth to rough, fissured or flaking, grey to brown. Leaves imparipinnate with 3-7 leaflets; leaflets ovate, elliptic to almost round, 3.5-7 cm, dark green above, much paler below, finely hairy; apex rounded or notched. Flowers in dense axillary and terminal sprays, golden-yellow. Fruit a flattened pod, oval to subcircular, 2.5-3.5 cm in diameter, single-seeded, surrounded by a thick membranous wing.
